Meta Ads dashboards now go all the way down. Click into any campaign to see its ad sets, then into any ad set to see the individual ads — each level with its own live numbers, so you can trace exactly which creative is earning its spend and which is dragging the average.

And alongside the per-client views, there's now an agency-level dashboard: every connected account, every client's performance, rolled up in one place. See where the spend is going and how the whole book is performing before you dive into any single client.

Connect your GoHighLevel subaccounts at the agency level or per client, straight from the Integrations tab. Once connected, your agents can work with GoHighLevel directly in chat — and not just a curated shortlist: they can make any available API call.

Ask about pipelines, contacts, and opportunities and agents pull live answers. Ask them to act — send an SMS, update a contact — and they can do that too, always showing you a confirmation card before anything is changed on your account.

Paying from the UK? Every top-up is now documented as VAT-inclusive, with the net and VAT amounts broken out — and you can download a proper VAT invoice for any payment from Settings → Billing & Usage. Prices haven't changed; your paperwork just got a lot easier.

New region and timezone preferences in Settings control how dates and times appear across the whole app, with number formatting as its own separate choice. Leave everything on auto to follow your browser, or pin the formats you want — DD/MM or MM/DD, your call.

The biggest under-the-hood upgrade since launch. We rebuilt how agents think and act in conversation — stripping out bloat, retiring the old program tiers so every subscriber gets the full knowledge base, and rolling out cost-saving tactics that make typical conversations meaningfully cheaper.
